So to the two ladies that want to chitchat about me being an aggravated customer because an employee told me that your management didn’t do a order while she was on vacation so then Customer suffering can’t get what they like but it’s my fault because I have an attitude and then your employees are gonna sit there and chitchat about me while they make my coffee is so unprofessional. I’ll make sure I will never come back to this location. That’s probably why you only have a three star rating.

Went to this store recently and Bella ( I think the head of the starbies) was amazing. She has the best smile and was super sweet. There was a few people in line she appeared to be the only one working- and she was so calm and polite. Great job krogers picking a grade A. employee.

I stopped in for a coffee while grocery shopping on 4/19/26 around 11:30 AM, and the experience was unacceptable. I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be greeted or even acknowledged while two employees were working. Not once did either of them look up or speak to me. What made the situation even more concerning was that a white male customer walked up after I walked away and was immediately greeted and served without hesitation. At that point, it was clear I was being intentionally ignored. As a Black woman, I don’t take situations like this lightly. The lack of acknowledgment, followed by the immediate service given to someone else, felt deliberate and discriminatory. No customer should be made to feel invisible or unwelcome. I left without ordering and will not be returning. I strongly encourage management to review the camera footage from that time and address this behavior. This reflects poorly on your establishment and should be taken seriously.

This is by far the best starbucks. I think any negative review is for the one down the street. These young ladies are polite,friendly and always make your drink perfect.

Honestly, this used to be a great location but recently it's been bad. There's usually only one barista and that causes service to be slow as well as my drinks are inaccurate to what I requested. Such as sizes being wrong or missing syrup I requested. I do think it'd be better if there were more baristas on deck, I think the employees are poorly trained and stressed out.
